Prices:
All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars and include shipping and handling (see below) and delivery to your door. All other currency conversions are only offered as a guide.

Shipping & Handling:
Our Shipping and Handling policy includes delivery to your door (but does not include any local duties and taxes that may be payable in the country of receipt of goods).

Delivery:
The goods are normally delivered to your door in around 7 - 10 days, although this may vary at some times of the year, however we will advise you of average delivery times at time of ordering.

Exchange / Returns:
Nganjo has a 'standard' exchange/returns policy.

We will make good, refund in full, or replace, at no cost to the customer, goods shipped that are faulty, damaged, not as advertised, or not as per the order.

We will also refund or exchange goods, which the customer returns to us, when these goods are received in new condition, and returned to us at the customers cost (please select and check your order carefully as a freight surcharge may apply in some refund/exchange circumstances).
